We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Early Careers Co-ordinator to join our team at Realise HR Ltd. As an Early Careers Co-ordinator, you will play a key role in attracting, recruiting, and onboarding graduates and apprentices across various development programs.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist in the attraction and selection of graduates and apprentices for various development programs
  • Organize and deliver national promotional activities for graduate and apprenticeship programs
  • Contribute to the effective onboarding of graduates and apprentices, including security processing, communication, and delivery of workshops
  • Design and implement graduate and apprentice development programs for new and emerging talent
  • Foster strategic partnerships with schools, colleges, universities, and education bodies to attract new talent
  • Provide guidance and support to graduates and apprentices, facilitating their ongoing development, progression, and transition to employment
  • Contribute to the development and delivery of engaging training, workshops, and learning initiatives
  • Track and evaluate graduate and apprentice progress, identifying opportunities for continuous improvement
