Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Internal Sales Executive to join our team at Profiles Personnel Ltd. As an Internal Sales Executive, you will play a crucial role in driving sales growth and delivering exceptional customer service to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond to customer inquiries and provide quotes and orders in a timely and professional manner.
  • Proactively promote our company's products and services to existing and potential customers, identifying opportunities to upsell and cross-sell.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Work closely with the sales team to achieve sales targets and contribute to the overall success of the business.

Requirements:

  • Previous sales experience in a business-to-business (B2B) or business-to-consumer (B2C) environment, preferably within the construction or builders' merchants industry.
  • A proven track record of achieving sales targets and meeting customer needs.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
  • Strong product knowledge and the ability to provide expert advice to customers.
  • Confident computer skills, with experience of using sales software and systems.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines.
