The Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Growth and Partnership Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will play a pivotal role in driving business expansion by identifying new sales opportunities, building strong relationships with existing and prospective clients, and delivering tailored insurance solutions to meet their unique needs.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Manage a portfolio of existing clients and attract new business opportunities.
  • Drive business growth by identifying and capitalizing on sales opportunities.
  • Cross-sell services to ensure clients receive comprehensive solutions that align with their requirements.
  • Collaborate with the Relationship Management Team to develop action plans that convert market potential into new business.
  • Nurture existing client relationships to retain their business and increase their share of insurance spend.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in general insurance sales, with commercial insurance sales experience being a plus.
  • Full UK Driver's license.
  • Experience working in a face-to-face customer environment and conducting client meetings.
  • Experience prospecting for new clients and developing customer acquisition plans.
  • Effective negotiation skills.
