Front of House Team Leader

Role Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Front of House Team Leader to join our team at Nuffield Health North Staffs Hospital. As a key member of our Front of House team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional patient care and ensuring a positive experience for all visitors to our hospital.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and coordinate all training for the Front of House team to ensure high standards of service are maintained.
  • Supervise all Front of House activities, including patient check-ins, bookings, and information provision.
  • Coordinate and manage a team of Receptionists to deliver exceptional patient care and service.
  • Ensure brand standards are maintained and promote effective communication throughout the hospital.
  • Actively seek to assist colleagues and other departments to ensure seamless patient care.

Requirements

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage and coordinate multiple tasks and priorities.
  • Experience of working in a healthcare administration or reception environment.
  • Strong IT and keyboard skills.
  • Ability to explain complex information in a clear and sympathetic manner.
