About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Software Development Team Leader to join our Site Services department. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for building and leading a team of front and backend developers, driving innovation, and shaping the future of our platform with cutting-edge technology.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead a team of developers in the delivery of high-quality software applications
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive innovation and improve processes
  • Develop and implement software development methodologies and best practices
  • Ensure the team operates efficiently and effectively, with a focus on quality and delivery
  • Identify and mitigate risks, and enforce governance of quality, rules, standards, and processes

Requirements

  • Commercial experience leading development teams in the delivery of high-quality software applications
  • Passionate about working with technology and software development processes and practices
  • Experience with Typescript, Golang, or other server-side technologies
  • Knowledge of service-oriented architecture and exposure to multiple software development methodologies
  • Exposure to generative artificial intelligence and large language models
