About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Software Development Team Leader to join our Site Services department. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving innovation, mentoring top talent, and shaping the future of our platform with cutting-edge technology.

Key Responsibilities
  • Build and lead a team of front and backend developers of varying experience and skillsets.
  • Measure quality and delivery, contribute and drive improvements, while ensuring that we remain skilled, engaged, and empowered.
  • Ensure that our processes and technology are efficient and fit for purpose.
Technical Requirements

The team operates as a full stack team, with core skills in Golang, Typescript, Kotlin, and Swift. The tech stack also covers SQL, Nodejs, HTML5, and CSS 3.

Requirements
  • Commercial experience with leading development teams in the delivery of high-quality software applications in client or service-side application development.
  • Passionate about working with technology and software development processes and practices.
  • Experience with Typescript, Golang, or other server-side technologies.
  • Experience with performance testing.
  • Knowledge of service-oriented architecture.
  • Exposure to multiple software development methodologies.
  • Exposure to generative artificial intelligence and large language models.
