We are seeking an experienced Quality Manager to join our client's organization in Smethwick. As a key member of the management team, you will be responsible for establishing and maintaining an IATF management system, managing QMS and IATF documentation, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
Main Responsibilities:- Establish and maintain an IATF management system
- Manage QMS and IATF documentation and records
- Create, update, and review QMS and IATF related documents
- Schedule and lead internal and external audits
- Issue non-conformance reports and implement corrective actions
- Monitor and report on quality KPIs and drive continuous improvements
- Ensure H&S compliance and promote a positive attitude towards Lean
- Previous experience in a similar role or senior Quality position in the manufacturing sector
- Excellent people management skills and attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
