Company Overview:

We are collaborating with a reputable organization in the construction and waste management industry to assist in their search for a Financial Administrator to become a part of their dynamic and welcoming team.


Key Responsibilities:

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Reconciling bank transactions across various accounting software
  • Preparing and presenting financial reports
  • Addressing general bookkeeping inquiries on a daily basis
  • Conducting balance sheet reconciliations
  • Establishing new supplier and customer accounts

Required Skills:

Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, is essential. Candidates should be comfortable working with spreadsheets.


Additional Information:
  • Flexibility to work additional hours during peak periods (with prior notice)

Working Conditions:

Working hours are adaptable, ranging from 20 to 30 hours per week, spread over 3 to 5 days.
