We are seeking a skilled Customer Support Engineer to join our team in the Southampton area. As a Customer Support Engineer, you will be the face of Sharp Business Systems, providing exceptional service to our customers by installing, maintaining, and repairing a range of multifunctional devices and software.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Deliver, install, and demonstrate machines to customers
  2. Maintain and repair multifunctional devices
  3. Occasionally work in one of our workshops
  4. Attend training courses and service meetings as requested
  5. Complete all service calls allocated
  6. Manage and protect stock and consumables in the company vehicle
  7. Promote company products and provide feedback to the sales department
Essential Skills:
  1. Experience as a Field Service Photocopier Engineer, installing, maintaining, and repairing equipment to a high standard
  2. Experience of networking is highly desirable
  3. Experience with Sharp equipment is highly beneficial but not essential
  4. Experience with Papercut is advantageous
  5. Familiar with working to KPIs or SLAs
