Job Description:

A highly skilled and experienced professional is required to join our team as an ILS Manager. As a key member of our engineering team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing robust engineering solutions that meet the needs of our customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Mentor and coach junior team members to develop their skills and knowledge.
  • Manage a team of engineers to ensure the successful delivery of projects.
  • Develop and implement engineering processes and procedures to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Provide technical advice and guidance to internal and external customers.
  • Supervise and manage the workload of team members.
  • Take ownership of work packages and plan and schedule own workload and the work of others.
  • Interact effectively with customers and suppliers.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in engineering management and leadership.
  • Strong technical knowledge and skills in supportability engineering.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
