MadiganGill is seeking a highly skilled Crane Supervisor to join our team. As a Crane Supervisor, you will be responsible for ensuring the safe and efficient operation of cranes on our construction sites.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise crane operators to ensure compliance with safety protocols and regulations.
- Conduct regular site inspections to identify potential hazards and implement corrective actions.
- Develop and implement procedures for crane maintenance and repair.
- Collaborate with other site personnel to ensure smooth project execution.
- Monitor and report on crane performance and maintenance records.
Requirements:
- CPCS card holding certification.
- Full PPE (Personal Protective Equipment) including hard hat, boots, hi-vis, gloves, and goggles.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
