About Graff Search

Graff Search is a leading digital property company that is expanding its operations in the EMEA region. We are seeking an experienced employment lawyer to join our team as the first employment lawyer for EMEA.

The Opportunity

The role will have responsibility for all employment law matters for the UK and will support the business on its European expansion, both from a strategic and operational perspective. The successful candidate will lead and advise on a range of employment matters, including:

  • Day-to-day employee relations
  • Performance matters
  • Employment strategies
  • Data privacy
  • Redundancies
  • Dismissals
  • TUPE

The candidate will work closely with the European HR teams, implementing policies and procedures, ensuring cohesion and best practice across the European business. They will also work closely with the US, advising on compliance with applicable EU laws and managing the company's relationship with local law firms on employment matters.

About You

The opportunity will suit an individual who enjoys variety and has an understanding of or exposure to European employment law. Knowledge of French, German, or Spanish employment law is of particular interest. Broad employment law experience is key, with any in-house experience being of interest. This is a unique opportunity for an employment lawyer to join a growing technology business in a new role for the business and the UK legal team.
