Commercial Sales and Lettings Negotiator

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Estate Agent to join our Sales and Lettings team at Reeds Rains in Little Sutton.
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Registering customers and conducting property matches for Sales and Lettings properties.
- Generating and conducting property viewings.
- Negotiating offers between all parties.
- Maximising branch income through the cross-selling of other services.
- Providing excellent customer service at all times.

- OTE in the region of £31,000.
- A 5-day working week, including Saturdays on a rota.

It is essential that the successful candidate holds a full UK driving licence and has access to their own vehicle.
