About the Role:
We are seeking a highly motivated and friendly Optical Assistant/Receptionist to join our team in Northwood and Harrow, Middlesex. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our patients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Booking appointments and managing patient queries
- Interacting with patients and handling payments
- Managing a variety of administrative duties
- Assisting our optometrist with clinical tests on the latest equipment and instrumentation
- Performing ad hoc duties as required
Requirements:
- Excellent communication skills and a friendly, approachable manner
- Proficiency in computer skills
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team to deliver exceptional service to our patients
What We Offer:
We provide full training to all our team members, so optical experience is not essential. This is a full-time position which includes Saturdays with a day off during the week.
