We are currently seeking passionate individuals for the role of Registered Care Manager to contribute to our mission.
Working with Helping Hands offers the unique experience of managing your own Domiciliary Care service while benefiting from the support of a well-established and respected brand. In the role of Registered Care Manager, you will have the autonomy to make decisions that prioritize the well-being of both your clients and caregivers.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the daily operations of the branch to ensure efficiency, profitability, and the highest quality of care for all clients.
- Hold the CQC/CIW registration for the branch and ensure compliance with all regulatory guidelines.
- Recruit and onboard new caregivers, guiding them through the hiring process to maintain and expand the team.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to foster the commercial growth of the branch.
- Conduct regular evaluations of branch operations to ensure all client needs are effectively met.
- Communicate and implement all policies and procedures within the branch to ensure compliance.
- Support the training and development of branch staff and caregivers.
About You
To excel in this position, you should possess a level 5 NVQ in Management in care or be willing to pursue this qualification. A solid understanding of regulatory requirements and best practices in accordance with CQC/CIW guidance, along with management experience in the care sector, is essential. A full UK driving license and access to your own vehicle are also required.
