Job Title: Deputy Nurse Manager

Leaders in Care Recruitment Ltd is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Deputy Nurse Manager to join their team in Northallerton. As a key member of the nursing team, you will be responsible for leading and managing the nursing and care teams, conducting clinical audits, and ensuring excellent medicines management.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage the nursing and care teams to deliver high-quality care to residents.
  • Conduct clinical audits to ensure excellent medicines management and identify areas for improvement.
  • Provide strong leadership and staff supervisions on the nursing floor to drive the service forward.
  • Work collaboratively with the care team to ensure high standards of care for nursing, residential, and dementia residents.
Package and Benefits:
  • Competitive annual salary of £57,408.
  • Hourly rate of £23, plus paid breaks.
  • Full-time day shifts, 48 hours per week.

Requirements:
  • Experience working in nursing homes at Clinical Lead / Deputy / Home Manager level.
  • Excellent medicines management skills and experience with clinical audits.
  • Strong leadership abilities.
  • A passion for providing high-quality care to elderly residents.
