Key Responsibilities:- Lead and manage the nursing and care teams to deliver high-quality care to residents
- Conduct clinical audits and ensure excellent medicines management
- Provide strong leadership and staff supervisions on the nursing floor
- Work full-time day shifts, 48 hours per week (4 days from 8am-8pm), with opportunities for supernumerary time
- Ensure high standards of care for nursing, residential, and dementia residents
- Experience working in nursing homes at Clinical Lead / Deputy / Home Manager level
- Excellent medicines management skills and experience with clinical audits
- Strong leadership abilities and a passion for providing high-quality care to elderly residents
