Restaurant Service Expert

Mauro Colagreco Restaurant is seeking a skilled Chef de Rang to join our team at Raffles London at The OWO. As a key member of our front-of-house team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional service to our guests and ensuring a seamless dining experience.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide exceptional service to guests, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
  • Work closely with the kitchen team to ensure timely and accurate food delivery.
  • Assist with table setting, including fetching and placing tableware, utensils, and napkins.
  • Explain dishes to guests in a knowledgeable and professional manner.
  • Check in with guests regularly to ensure their satisfaction and take additional orders or refill water as needed.
  • Responsible for serving food orders and removing used dishes and utensils.
  • Ensure food is served in accordance with safety standards.
  • Inform restaurant staff about guest feedback or requests.
  • Understand and communicate the concept of the restaurant through service of the dishes.
  • Commit to sustainable practices daily in terms of waste management and purchasing.
Requirements:
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively.
  • Knowledge of menu and products.
  • Flexibility to respond to a range of different work situations.
  • Experience as a Chef de Rang or similar role.
