Technical Producer

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Producer to lead our dynamic and challenging roadshow, delivering cutting-edge technology experiences across multiple cities in the EMEA region.
Job Summary:The Technical Producer will play a critical role in delivering high-quality, tech-driven event experiences. This position is responsible for managing all technical aspects of the roadshow, including AV, staging, lighting, and broadcast production.
Key Responsibilities:- Technical Production Planning & Execution: Lead all technical production aspects, including AV, lighting, staging, broadcast, and streaming.
- Team Management & Collaboration: Manage and lead Production Managers in key cities, ensuring they are equipped to deliver high-quality technical production locally.
- Key Stakeholder Management: Serve as the main point of contact for key stakeholders, ensuring their technical needs and expectations are met throughout the event planning and execution phases.
- Vendor & Stakeholder Coordination: Select and negotiate with vendors, suppliers, and subcontractors for AV, equipment, and staging, ensuring timely delivery and set-up.
- Event Technology Integration: Collaborate with the content and creative teams to ensure that all technical elements align with event programming and branding.
- Risk Management & Contingency Planning: Develop and implement risk management protocols for technical aspects, ensuring backup plans for potential technical failures or challenges.
- Onsite Management: Oversee the technical setup and teardown of events, acting as the main point of contact for all production-related queries onsite.
- Budget & Financial Management: Review and approve high-level event budgets, providing guidance on financial strategy.
- Experience: 12+ years of experience in technical production for large-scale events, with a focus on AV, broadcast, and digital integration.
- Skills: Exceptional project management skills, with the ability to plan, prioritize, and execute large-scale technical productions.
- Additional Requirements: Flexibility to travel extensively across the EMEA region between January and April 2025.
