Customer Operations Travel Coordinator

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Customer Operations Travel Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring seamless travel experiences for our clients.
Key Responsibilities:- Support and coach a small team within the department to ensure excellent customer service and operational efficiency.
- Verify all bookings are accurate and complete before invoices and itineraries are dispatched.
- Liaise with suppliers to fulfill all booking requests, manage stop sales, amendments, and resolve any pre-departure customer issues.
- Lead the team and oversee tasks to ensure deadlines are met, and customer expectations are exceeded.
- Previous experience in an operations, support, or administration role within the travel industry is essential.
- Senior Consultants/Executives looking to progress into a team leader role will be considered.
- Ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines, and maintain attention to detail.
- Fluency in written and verbal English.
- Base Salary up to £34,000 depending on experience + £2,000 annual bonus.
- 22 days annual leave rising by 1 day per year of service.
