Job Summary:
Antella Travel Recruitment is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Customer Operations Travel Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients and colleagues.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support and coach a small team within the department to ensure seamless delivery of customer operations.
- Ensure all bookings are accurate and complete before invoices and itineraries are dispatched.
- Liaise with suppliers to fulfill all booking requests, manage stop sales, amendments, and cancellations.
- Responsible for resolving pre-departure customer issues, changes to holidays, and other operational matters.
- Lead the team and oversee tasks to ensure deadlines are met, and customer expectations are exceeded.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in administration, support, or operations within the travel industry.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think critically and make sound decisions.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with multiple priorities and deadlines.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects.
