We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Customer Operations Travel Coordinator to join our team at Antella Travel Recruitment. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients and colleagues.
Key Responsibilities:- Support and coach a small team within the department to ensure seamless delivery of customer operations
- Ensure all bookings are accurate and complete before invoices and itineraries are dispatched
- Liaise with suppliers to fulfill all booking requests, manage stop sales, amendments, and cancellations
- Responsible for pre-departure customer issues, changes to holidays, and other operational matters
- Lead the team and oversee tasks to ensure deadlines are met
- Previous experience in an operations, support, or administration role within the travel industry is essential
- Senior Consultants/Executives looking to progress into a team leader role will be considered
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Attention to detail
- Fluency in written and verbal English
- Base Salary to £34,000 depending on experience + £2,000 annual bonus
- 22 days annual leave rising by 1 day per year of service
