Sales Support Specialist

Job Title: Sales Administrative Support
Location: Wrexham Industrial Estate
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 08:30am – 05:00pm

Our Telematics business has expanded across Europe, Asia, Australia, and America, developing a leading global product offering. The commercial finance team seeks a Commercial Analyst to support the company's future growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to sales enquiries by phone and email;
- Maintain customer records;
- Process repeat orders daily;
- Liaise with the dispatch team to ensure timely processing;
- Review processes to increase efficiency and accuracy;
- Maintain knowledge of prices, market, and delivery conditions;
- Become proficient in all hardware offered by Radius Telematics;
- Build a rapport with customers to provide exceptional service.
Requirements:
- Ability to work as part of a team, contributing to operational performance;
- Strong negotiation skills with the ability to negotiate at all levels;
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and influencing skills;
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities;
- Confident with Microsoft Office and CRM Systems;
- Product knowledge across all hardware and camera solutions.
