Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement script-based assignment and approval rules to streamline business processes.
  • Develop Business Rules, UI Actions, and Glide Records using Glide script to enhance ServiceNow functionality.
  • Create custom related lists and Access Control Lists with scripting expertise.
  • Develop Script-based UI Policies and Client Scripts to improve user experience.
  • Debug complex scripts and optimize performance.
  • Design and customize UI and pages using Jelly to deliver intuitive interfaces.
  • Lead and own ServiceNow deliveries, guiding team members and defining best practices.
  • Participate in design, development, and deployment phases, reviewing team activities and conducting trainings on ServiceNow.
  • Conduct due diligence for customer tools, processes, and projects, creating templates for foundation data and CMDB.

Technical Expertise:

  • Experience with core ServiceNow modules, including Incident Management, Problem Management, Change Management, Service Level Management, CMDB, Knowledge Management, and Service Request Management.
  • Proficiency in Java scripting and excellent understanding of ITIL processes.
  • Experience in creating and modifying workflows, designing, developing, and deploying in ServiceNow.
  • Experience in documentation and review activities, complex data migration, and ServiceNow integrations.
  • Excellent experience in creating custom applications, customer reports, and dashboards.
  • Experience with ServiceNow foundation data management and data modeling, as well as LDAP integration.

Soft Skills:

  • Excellent written language and documentation skills.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Certification:

ServiceNow Implementation Specialist & Admin certification.
