Sales Executive/Business Development Executive - Manchester

Contract type: Permanent

Location: North West, Lancashire, Manchester (St James Buildings)

Work Arrangement: Manchester - 3 days in the office & 2 days from home

Salary: Competitive Salary + Commission

As a Sales Executive at QA, you'll be enabling some of our largest clients to win in the digital revolution.

The Role:

Source new customer relationships using sales techniques gained from our in-house training programme and on-the-job coaching to book in appointments for our Account Managers.

  • Identify and liaise with key stakeholders/decision makers in both new and existing customers by telephone and email in order to create and close sales opportunities.
  • Maintain all relevant sales management information & report on sales activity.
  • Deliver high levels of customer service.
  • Constantly develop an understanding of your product offering and sales techniques.

About You:

You'll be a highly motivated sales professional with the ability to build strong relationships both internally and externally at all levels.

  • Previous experience working within a sales role, dealing with internal or external stakeholders, or a customer service role by email, telephone, and face to face (business to business desirable).
  • Confident user of MS Office.
  • A track record of delivering against performance objectives.
