Position Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Affirmative Action Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will play a vital role in ensuring that Straumann Group complies with all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations related to affirmative action.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement affirmative action plans and programs to promote equal employment opportunities for all qualified applicants and employees.
  • Conduct outreach and recruitment activities to attract a diverse pool of candidates.
  • Analyze workforce demographics and identify areas for improvement.
  • Provide training and education on affirmative action policies and procedures to managers and employees.
  • Monitor compliance with affirmative action laws and regulations.
  • Prepare reports and documentation related to affirmative action activities.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Labor Relations, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in developing and implementing affirmative action programs.
  • Strong knowledge of federal, state, and local laws and regulations related to affirmative action.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and analytical skills.
