Position Overview:
This role encompasses the evaluation of incoming components, inspection of finished products, and administrative duties related to quality and return merchandise authorization (RMA). You will collaborate with various departments to drive continuous improvement initiatives informed by data from supplier and customer feedback, ensuring that high-quality standards are maintained throughout the production process.

Essential Qualifications:

Preferred Responsibilities:

  • Process incoming and outgoing RMA shipments for both internal and external clients
  • Provide measurement services to ensure compliance with dimensional and visual specifications for components and assemblies throughout the manufacturing stages
  • Operate manual measuring equipment within the metrology area
  • Assist in developing standard operating procedures (SOPs) and clear methodologies for inspections of current and future products
  • Collaborate with production team leaders to address outgoing inspection faults
  • Report recurring quality process concerns to the Quality Engineering team for root cause analysis and corrective action implementation
  • Maintain effective communication with suppliers and internal/external customers regarding RMA, non-conformance reports (NCR), and corrective action updates
  • Coordinate with internal and external RMA and Quality teams to ensure product compliance
  • Perform administrative tasks such as generating NCRs, corrective action reports, and logging faults
  • Assist with inventory management in the RMA and Quality warehouses, process RMA sales orders, and support product recalls
  • Ensure that departmental KPIs related to RMA and Quality are consistently achieved
