Paeds Nutrition and Dietetics Administrator

We are seeking a highly skilled and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Paeds Nutrition and Dietetics Administrator. This is a permanent part-time position, working 3 days a week, within our Enfield Community Service.
Main ResponsibilitiesThe successful candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality administrative support to our team, ensuring the smooth operation of our services. Key duties will include:
- Booking appointments and interpreters
- Processing referrals and opening them on our Patient Information system, RIO
- Scanning and uploading documents
- Dealing with queries from patients, GPs, and other professionals
- Liaising with schools and other external partners
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic computer knowledge and proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Ability to work well under pressure and prioritize tasks effectively
- Good organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
