Job Overview

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Paeds Nutrition and Dietetics Administrator. This is a permanent part-time position, working 3 days a week.

Main Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to the Paediatric Nutrition and Dietetics team. This will include:

  • Booking appointments and interpreters
  • Processing referrals and opening them on our Patient Information system, RIO
  • Scanning and uploading documents
  • Dealing with queries from patients, GPs, and other professionals
  • Liaising with schools and other external agencies
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Basic computer knowledge and keyboard skills
  • Good interprofessional skills and ability to work well under pressure
  • Ability to use initiative and work independently
  • Good organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
Desirable Criteria

Previous experience in a healthcare setting and knowledge of medical terminology would be advantageous.
