Paeds Nutrition and Dietetics Administrator

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Paeds Nutrition and Dietetics Administrator. This is a permanent part-time position, working 3 days a week.
Main ResponsibilitiesThe successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to our Paediatric Nutrition and Dietetics team. This will include:
- Booking appointments and interpreters
- Processing referrals and opening them on our Patient Information system, RIO
- Scanning and uploading documents
- Dealing with queries from patients, GPs, and other professionals
- Liaising with schools and other external agencies
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Basic computer knowledge and keyboard skills
- Good interprofessional skills and the ability to maintain confidentiality
- Ability to use initiative and work well under pressure
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work as part of a team
