Operations Coordinator

Part-time Position - Flexible Schedule (Monday - Friday)

Salary: £28.66 (Pro-rata)

Norse Group is excited to announce a fantastic opportunity for a skilled Operations Coordinator to join our SHEQ (Safety, Health, Environmental and Quality) team on a part-time, permanent basis at our Head Office.

Role Overview

In the capacity of Operations Coordinator, you will play a vital role in supporting the Health, Safety, and Environmental team, ensuring that operational processes run smoothly across our services. Your administrative expertise will be essential in fulfilling the group's strategic objectives, adhering to health and safety regulations, and promoting ISO Management Systems. This will involve assisting with audits, inspections, and the tracking and reporting of relevant action items.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

We are looking for a dedicated and proactive Administrator who can provide effective support to our broader team. The successful candidate will demonstrate the following qualifications:

Proficient administrative skills, with a strong command of MS Office, particularly Word and Excel. Experience in database management. Ability to organize meetings, including drafting agendas and taking minutes. Support for the Health, Safety, and Environmental team. Competence in collating, managing, and reporting technical information and data. Confidence in engaging with all levels of staff within the organization. Capability to produce precise and clear documentation as required.
