As a Cleaning and Maintenance Team Member, your primary responsibility will be to uphold exceptional cleanliness standards throughout the resort while delivering outstanding customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

In this role, you will be tasked with:

  • Ensuring immaculate cleanliness in all guest accommodations, restrooms, and communal areas.
  • Promptly reporting any maintenance concerns.
  • Providing friendly and professional service to guests.
  • Maintaining all cleaning equipment in optimal condition and addressing any issues.
  • Adhering to health and safety regulations, including fire safety and legal requirements, while performing additional duties as needed.
  • Collaborating with other departments to foster positive working relationships.
  • Utilizing cleaning chemicals and equipment correctly.
