As a Cleaning and Maintenance Associate, your primary responsibility will be to uphold exceptional cleanliness standards throughout the resort while delivering outstanding customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
In this role, you will be tasked with:
- Ensuring immaculate cleanliness in guest accommodations, restrooms, and communal areas.
- Reporting any maintenance concerns promptly.
- Providing friendly and professional service to guests.
- Maintaining all cleaning equipment in optimal condition and addressing any issues.
- Adhering to health and safety regulations, including fire safety and legal requirements.
- Collaborating with other departments as needed and fostering positive working relationships.
