As a Cleaning and Maintenance Associate, your primary responsibility will be to uphold exceptional cleanliness standards throughout the resort while delivering outstanding customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
In your role as a Cleaning and Maintenance Associate, you will be tasked with:
● Ensuring impeccable cleanliness in all guest accommodations, restrooms, and communal areas.
● Diligently reporting any maintenance concerns.
● Providing friendly and professional service to guests.
● Verifying that all cleaning equipment is functioning properly and addressing any issues.
● Adhering to health and safety regulations, fire safety protocols, and legal obligations while performing other necessary duties.
● Collaborating with other departments as needed and fostering positive working relationships.
● Properly utilizing cleaning agents and equipment.
