* Book property visits in your diary in line with your appointment volume targets.
* Carry out home inductions with new tenants when required.
* Conduct property viewings with prospective tenants when required.
* Undertake large-scale works inspections.
* Prepare individual property inventories.
* Ensure bin store areas on site are kept in tip-top condition and manage waste that has been disposed of incorrectly.
* Conduct ad hoc litter picks when required.
* Perform monthly Flick testing in communal areas to ensure Emergency Lighting and AOV units are operating correctly.
* Conduct weekly Fire alarm testing.

Requirements:

* Experience using iPads and apps.
* A desire to brush up nicely for work each day.
* A clean driving licence and access to a car or van.
* Eligibility to work in the UK and everything it takes to successfully complete pre-employment screening.
* A flexible attitude when it comes to working hours.
* Some knowledge of property management (desirable).
* Experience preparing reports for management (desirable).
* A natural capacity to use your initiative and solve problems.
