Cemetery Operations Officer

The City of London Corporation is seeking a dedicated Bereavement Services Officer to join our team.
Salary: £33,050 to £36,850 per annum, inclusive of Outer London Weighting.
Employment Type: Full-time & Permanent

This role is based at the City of London Cemetery & Crematorium main office, requiring on-site presence for 35 hours each week, from Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM to 4:30 PM.
As a successful candidate, you will showcase exceptional written and verbal communication skills, effectively engaging with colleagues, clients, and the public. Proven administrative capabilities, neat handwriting, and a commitment to delivering high-quality work are essential. A strong ability to collaborate within a team and proficient knowledge of IT systems are also required.
Applicants must possess a full UK driving license, as responsibilities may include transporting members of the public within the cemetery grounds using a mini-bus.
