We are seeking a dedicated Bereavement Services Officer to join our team at the City of London Cemetery & Crematorium. This role involves working at our main office, with a commitment of 35 hours per week, Monday to Friday, from 8:30 am to 4:30 pm.
To excel in this position, candidates must exhibit exceptional written and verbal communication skills, enabling effective interaction with colleagues, clients, and the public. Proven administrative capabilities, neat handwriting, and a strong attention to detail are essential.
Team collaboration and a solid understanding of IT systems are crucial for success in this role. Additionally, a full UK driving license is required, as you may need to assist in transporting members of the public within the cemetery grounds using a mini-bus.
