The Role:

As a Social Worker in our Family Assessment and Support Team, you will:

  • Manage a manageable caseload: Benefit from a balanced workload that allows you to provide high-quality support to families.
  • Engage in varied and impactful work: From assessments and safeguarding to court proceedings, work on short-term family assessments as well as long-term Child and Family Plans and Child Protection Plans.
  • Perform critical legal work: Complete pre-proceedings work and issue care proceedings, ensuring the best outcomes for children and families.
