This role offers the opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of individuals experiencing mental illness and personality disorders. You will work within a supportive Multi-Disciplinary Team, providing person-centered care and supporting patients on their journey towards recovery.
Your Responsibilities:- Deliver high-quality, safe care that adheres to Social Work England Code of Practice standards.
- Coordinate, negotiate, and manage mandatory processes and procedures to ensure compliance with current legislation and statutory regulations.
- Work collaboratively with the Multi-Disciplinary Team to deliver person-centered care, focusing on personalization and recovery.
- Support individuals in making positive, self-directed change while navigating complex social needs and risks.
