Role of a Level 1 Social WorkerAs a Level 1 Social Worker, you will be responsible for assessing social care needs, developing support plans, and reviewing packages of care. You will work closely with children, young people, and their families, as well as other stakeholders and partners, to build a brighter future for the children and families of Lincolnshire.
Your caseload will be varied, allowing you to develop your skills and confidence as a practitioner. You will also have the opportunity to co-work more complex caseloads alongside more experienced social workers, helping you make the right decisions when it matters most.
Role of a Level 2 Social WorkerAs a Level 2 Social Worker, you will be responsible for assessing social care needs, support planning, and reviewing packages of care. You will use your specialist knowledge and experience to manage a range of more complex cases, leading on these from start to finish, ensuring consistency of social worker for children and families.
You will also have the opportunity to mentor less experienced staff and support students on placement in the teams.
