The Role:
As a Social Worker in our Family Assessment and Support Team, you will:
- Manage a diverse caseload: Benefit from a balanced workload that allows you to provide high-quality support to families, promoting positive outcomes and well-being.
- Engage in varied and impactful work: From assessments and safeguarding to court proceedings, work on short-term family assessments as well as long-term Child and Family Plans and Child Protection Plans, ensuring the best interests of children are prioritized.
- Perform critical legal work: Complete pre-proceedings work and issue care proceedings, ensuring the best possible outcomes for children and families.
