We are seeking an experienced SACT Nurse to join our multi-disciplinary team in Cancer Services at Buckinghamshire Healthcare NHS Trust. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality, person-centred care to patients with an oncological or haematological diagnosis.
Key Responsibilities- Assess patients' health and well-being across a complex and changing caseload of cancer patients.
- Administer SACT and support patients and their families with a cancer diagnosis.
- Work collaboratively with the multi-disciplinary team to deliver a co-ordinated, comprehensive, and holistic service for patients with a cancer and haematology diagnosis.
- Contribute to quality improvement within cancer services and maintain and develop cancer services.
