**Continuous Improvement Analyst**

Ventula Consulting is seeking a skilled Continuous Improvement Analyst to join our team in Hull. As a key member of our operations team, you will play a crucial role in driving process improvements and enhancing business efficiency.

The ideal candidate will have experience in process analysis, data analysis, and project management. A background in Lean or Six Sigma is highly desirable, but not essential. You will be responsible for monitoring and analyzing processes to identify areas for improvement, developing and implementing solutions, and measuring the impact of changes.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Conduct process analysis and identify opportunities for improvement
  • Develop and implement process improvements using Lean or Six Sigma methodologies
  • Analyze data to measure process performance and identify areas for improvement
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement process changes
  • Communicate results and recommendations to stakeholders

**Requirements:**

  • Experience in process analysis and improvement
