This is a permanent opportunity that offers successful candidates a chance to become part of a dynamic and growing company.
Shift Schedule: 4 days on, 2 days off, totaling only 244 working days annually (compared to 260 in a standard 5-day workweek), with shifts from 06:00-14:30 and 14:30-23:00 on a rotating basis.

Key Responsibilities:
Oversee stock management processes within the warehouse. Analyze supply chain metrics to guarantee consistent stock availability. Ensure a smooth transition of stock from storage to operational areas. Conduct and manage daily inventory checks. Adhere to site Health & Safety protocols. Implement process enhancements and modifications. Direct the operational tasks and focus of your shift team. Mentor and develop team members through performance management.Desired Skills & Experience:
Knowledge of logistics and warehouse operations. Previous experience in stock control within a similar sector. Familiarity with inventory management systems. Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities. Effective communication skills. Outstanding organizational, leadership, and time management abilities. Team-oriented mindset.
