About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our Lettings Team as a Business Development Coordinator. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, building relationships with clients, and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Be the face of our branch, greeting and assisting all customers, and providing a high level of customer service.
  • Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities, build relationships with clients, and develop a deep understanding of their requirements.
  • Administrative Support: Assist with administrative duties, including editing photographs, drawing floor plans, and writing valuation letters.
  • Social Media: Develop and implement a social media strategy to promote our brand and engage with customers.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with our Valuers and other team members to achieve business objectives.
Requirements
  • Previous Experience: Previous administration and customer service experience is essential.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
  • Organizational Skills: Strong organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects.
