About the Role

Citizens Advice is seeking a skilled Corporate Volunteering Officer to support the development and delivery of our corporate volunteering offer across the organization.

This is an exciting opportunity to join a successful and supportive team, working closely with the Corporate Partnerships team and Volunteering team to grow our portfolio of corporate volunteering partnerships.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement strategies to grow corporate volunteering partnerships, ensuring a strong return on investment for both Citizens Advice and our corporate partners.
  • Collect and analyze impact data to inform our future approach to corporate volunteering, identifying areas for improvement and opportunities for growth.
  • Support the research and development of new partnership proposals, working closely with the Corporate Partnerships team to identify potential partners and develop compelling proposals.
  • Manage a wide-ranging and varied workload, coordinating multiple projects and ensuring activities are delivered to deadline.
  • Build strong relationships with corporate partners, stakeholders, and internal teams, ensuring effective communication and collaboration.
Requirements
  • Passionate about volunteering, fundraising, and partnerships, with experience of building strong relationships and working collaboratively.
  • Proven ability to manage a varied workload, coordinate multiple projects, and ensure activities are delivered to deadline.
  • Knowledge of good practice in volunteer management, including a good understanding of corporate volunteering and the motivations and impact of corporate organizations facilitating volunteering for their employees.
  • Experience of working on own initiative and as part of a geographically dispersed team.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including ability to deal with people face-to-face, by email, and on the telephone.
