Teaching Personnel is on the lookout for enthusiastic and skilled educators to deliver tailored one-on-one instruction in community library environments for both primary and secondary learners.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and execute customized educational plans for students outside traditional schooling.
- Adapt lessons to cater to the unique needs and interests of each student.
- Recognize and tackle learning obstacles, fostering a supportive atmosphere.
- Track student progress and provide insights through our digital platform, LEAP.
- Establish strong connections with students, families, and caregivers.
- Remain informed about relevant curriculum updates and educational standards.
Requirements:
- Relevant teaching qualifications or experience in tutoring or educational support roles.
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in tutoring, teaching, or educational assistance.
- Capability to engage effectively with students of diverse abilities.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
