Key Responsibilities- Provide exceptional customer service to patients, visitors, and staff, responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Manage and maintain accurate records, including patient information, appointments, and correspondence.
- Coordinate and facilitate the efficient running of Physiotherapy Clinics, ensuring smooth operations and effective communication.
- Prepare and distribute clinic information, patient folders, and other materials as required.
- Provide typing and administrative support, including correspondence, reports, and other documents.
- Exercise initiative and judgment in dealing with a wide range of demands and requests, maintaining confidentiality and discretion at all times.
- Develop and maintain effective working relationships with colleagues, patients, and external partners, promoting a positive and respectful work environment.
- Sound general education and advanced keyboard skills.
- Excellent telephone manner and ability to relate to members of the public and all grades of staff.
- Ability to type up correspondence without supervision and produce information to agreed deadlines.
- Experience with dealing with the public face to face and working knowledge of administrative systems.
