This is an exciting opportunity to join Sainsbury's as a Customer and Trading Manager, where you will be responsible for leading a team of colleagues to deliver exceptional customer service and drive sales growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage a team of colleagues to ensure excellent customer service and a smooth shopping experience.
  • Develop and implement strategies to drive sales growth and improve customer engagement.
  • Collaborate with other managers to plan and execute store operations, including stock management and visual merchandising.
  • Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
  • Provide coaching and development opportunities to colleagues to enhance their skills and knowledge.
What You'll Need
  • Proven experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a retail environment.
