About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our Retail Customer Service team as a Retail Customer Service Manager. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and driving sales growth in our betting shops.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide outstanding customer service to our customers, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
  • Urging safer gambling practices and promoting responsible gaming habits.
  • Take bets on a wide range of sports and events, providing expert knowledge and guidance to customers.
  • Process customer transactions, including cash handling and processing payments.
  • Help customers understand our products and betting terminals, providing demonstrations and support.
  • Handle customer complaints and concerns in a professional and empathetic manner.
  • Work towards defined targets and goals, driving sales growth and customer satisfaction.
  • Maintain high shop standards, ensuring a clean and welcoming environment for customers.

About You

We are looking for a self-motivated and proactive individual who is passionate about delivering great customer service. You will be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and have excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
